Learning Objectives:

• To consider why recognising dying is the key to enabling a good death.

• To explore our knowledge and understanding about recognising dying in the months, weeks and days before death occurs.

• To understand your roles and responsibilities in communicating signs of approaching death/deterioration and any indications for reviews.

Prerequisites:

This learning event can be attended individually or as part of a series.
