LET US HELP YOU!

Join us : DSPT Toolkit Support Drop In

Data security is a hot topic these days, and for good reason. With more of our lives moving online, protecting sensitive information has never been more important.

How many of you reading this have been the subject of some form of hacking, phishing or online scam? I bet if you asked your team, the results would be worrying.

I like to think of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) like a superhero outfit for organisations handling health and social care data. It's there to make sure you are doing everything you can to keep that data safe and sound, you care for your residents in so many ways and their personal information should not be an exception.

Think of the DSPT as a toolkit full of guidelines and best practices for organisations that deal with health and social care information in England. It's like a big checklist to make sure you are keeping data safe and following all the rules and regulations.

The Better Security Team have released a short animation of how the DSPT works and the benefits it can bring to you, your team and the people you care for. Please take a look, its only 3 minutes and might just get you thinking. https://vimeo.com/882113557

Carla and I are here from 11 unitl 1, no question is to silly to ask and we urge you to come forward for support if you need it. We really are rather friendly!

Data security isn't going anywhere – if anything, it's only going to get more important. With the introduction of AI in our settings and the ever-changing landscape in digital growth the DSPT is there to help us keep up with data changes. By staying in the loop with updates, organisations can keep their data safe and sound, no matter what the future holds.

So, there you have it whether you're a big organisation or a small one, keeping your data safe is crucial. And with tools like the DSPT, you can make sure you're doing everything you can to keep your data secure.
