Designed for experienced senior clinicians (Band 6 or above or equivalent) wishing to explore communication challenges when supporting people with life limiting illness and approaching death.

• Learn ways to tailor communication to patient needs.

• Identify the relevant communication challenges in palliative care and explore ways of resolving them.
