Hours:                         Part-time 3 days per week

Salary:                         £38k – 45k pro-rata (depending on experience)

Reports to:                The Board

Contract:                    Permanent, subject to 6 month probationary period

Paid leave:                 28 days per annum including public holidays, pro rata

Exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven manager to provide leadership and strategic direction to a newly formed care provider organisation for Care Homes in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.

Devon Care Homes Collaborative was formed during the Covid-19 pandemic, and is building on the work achieved by the Devon Care Kitemark and South West Care Collaborative. DCHC is seeking a General Manager to continue the development to a financially self-sustaining membership organisation supporting the care sector in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. The organisation is focussed on inter Provider / manager support, best practice, and Provider / commissioner collaboration across all aspects of social services and Health, and aims to be visionary, forward thinking and collaborative. The role will be both an ambassador and representative role and is vital in building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
