 Motivational Interviewing – eLearning

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a particular way of talking with people that enhances their personal desire and commitment to make the changes in their lives that they desire.

MI can be particularly useful when supporting individuals who feel unsure or conflicted about whether to make changes in their life; and it can also be helpful when working with people who are clear that they want to make changes, but struggle to make it happen.
