Community Practice Education Team (NHS)

The Community Practice Education Team are a team of clinical educators and an admin, who deliver and coordinate education for Care Providers internal and external to the trust, across the whole Royal Devon footprint.

Care provider education is based on the Framework EHCH (Enhanced Health in Care Homes - NHS England » Enhanced health in care homes).

We work closely with QAIT, DCC, Safeguarding (RDUH & DCC), CQC, External & Internal providers of care, and many more stakeholders. Our education is created alongside specialists within the trust and always follows best practice guidelines and advice.

Our main function for the team, is to educate and support providers of care.

The education is available to all care settings in North, Mid and East Devon and Exeter only.
