Invitation to Participate in Research on UK Care Homes

How do family ownership and innovation influence care home performance?

My name is Elisavet Protonotariou, and I am a visiting scholar at the University of Exeter and a PhD candidate at Athens University of Economics and Business.

As part of my doctoral research, I am investigating the relationship between Socioemotional Wealth, Innovation and Performance in elderly care homes in the UK, focusing on family and non-family businesses, particularly in Devon and across England.

I invite care home owners and management to participate in this study by completing a questionnaire that takes approximately 20 minutes. Participation is entirely voluntary.
