RDUH: Head to Toe Event

Location: Willand Health & Community Centre, Gables Road, Willand, Cullompton, Devon EX15 2PL

We are pleased to invite you to a FREE education event aimed at all Healthcare Professionals managing patients with chronic conditions in primary care and the community hosted by Healthcare Clinicians from Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, with representatives from Scope Eyecare, Medicareplus and more!

This event is aimed at Clinicians, Registered nurses, HCA’s, pharmacy teams and associated ARRS staff within primary care practices, caring for patients with chronic conditions.

The day will work its way from head to toe, with talks about:

• Dementia
• Dry Eye Management
• Oral Care and Health
• Protecting the Skin
• Foot Care

Lunch, refreshments, and certificates of attendance will be provided.

Learning Objectives:

• To build knowledge of challenges experienced by patients in your care
• To gain awareness of and utilise pathways to help guide your practice
• To reflect on your role in the treatment and management of patients
• To network with colleagues and share insights
