DCHC has collaborated with Indago Development to bring a series of learning sessions for registered nurses and other clinicians working in and with social care.

Leading Others

We are delighted to be joined by Bhavin Tailor, former secondary Headteacher, leadership coach and consultant, who has spent over two decades in the education system. He has led teams across education and now supports leaders in schools, in the care sectors and other organisations. He will be joined by Jermin Roshini - a recently qualified nurse in the UK with years of experience in India, who has an interest in this area.

Whilst many of our Education Forum sessions focus on clinical practice, this month's session intentionally takes a broader leadership perspective. Whatever your role, every one of us works alongside others - and many of us lead, support or influence colleagues every day. Taking time to reflect on how we lead others is just as important as developing our clinical knowledge.

This interactive session will explore practical, research-informed approaches to leading others, with ideas that can be applied whether you lead one person, a small team or an entire organisation. Drawing on real-life examples, leadership research and practical experience, Bhavin will share simple, actionable strategies that participants can apply immediately in their day-to-day roles.
