Rowcroft Hospice: Emotive conversations at end of life

Classroom learning event - £75 partially funded by Rowcroft

For health & social care professionals working at all levels.

This is a one-day, intermediate level practice-based day for health care professionals wishing to enhance their existing skills in emotive type conversations with those receiving palliative and end of life care.

Learning Objectives:

• To improve your confidence and skills in communications with patients and those important to them at end of life.

• To address common emotive conversations based on your own prior experiences.

• To work together in small groups to practice scenarios using evidenced based strategies and models.

You must complete a pre and post course questionnaire related to skills.
