DCHC has collaborated with Indago Development to bring a series of learning sessions for registered nurses and other clinicians working in and with social care.

Head Injury and Frailty Pathways

We're delighted to be joined by Heather Wolhuter, Community Frailty Lead and Physiotherapist at the Royal Devon NHS, who will introduce the Pragmatic Community Head Injury and Frailty Pathways.

This session will look at how we can work together to put these pathways into practice.

As always, it's a great opportunity to learn from one another, share good practice and explore how we can continue to improve care together.
