Join us for a session exploring End-of-Life Care.

Catherine Hughes, Education Facilitator, will introduce Rowcroft Hospice’s education offer, including the Ambassadors Programme, and share what’s available to care homes.

There will also be an opportunity to discuss what would be most helpful to you and your teams and explore opportunities to get involved.

The Coroner will also be joining us to talk through the NHS Devon Verification of Death Guidance, with an opportunity to ask questions and discuss its application in practice.
