Falls In Care Homes Working Group

A Falls in Care Homes Working Group is needed in Devon to bring partners together to reduce avoidable falls, improve resident safety, and promote consistent, effective falls prevention practice across care homes.

The first Teams meeting is scheduled for 10am on Wednesday 11th February.

Please email Steve Cox, Population Health System Interface Manager, if you would like to be involved in this vital group, helping to improve the lives of people living in care homes or share this invitation with colleagues who may be able to contribute.

We would also welcome expressions of interest in chairing the group, potentially through dual chairs (for example, a care home representative and a clinical representative).

All administrative support, including agenda circulation and action tracking, will be provided by NHS Devon.
